These terms govern your use of ForgeShift (the “Site”), operated by ForgeShift LLC from the United States and reachable at contact@forgeshift.gloweb.cloud. By using the Site you agree to these terms.

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to engage our services. If you are under that age you may only use the Site with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
Submitting a project inquiry is an invitation to treat. A binding contract is formed when both parties sign a Statement of Work (SOW) or engagement letter. We may refuse, cancel, or limit any engagement at our discretion, including for suspected fraud or scope issues.
Prices are shown in USD and may exclude tax depending on your jurisdiction. The applicable tax is shown in the invoice before you pay. We accept the payment methods listed in the invoice. You authorise us to charge the chosen method for the total amount.
All content on the Site (text, images, logos, code) belongs to ForgeShift or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
Upon full payment, custom work deliverables are transferred to the client as specified in the SOW. Third-party libraries and frameworks remain under their respective licenses.
We warrant that our services will be performed with reasonable care and skill. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or lost profits.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information disclosed during the engagement. This obligation survives termination for a period of three years.
Either party may terminate an engagement with 14 days written notice. Upon termination, the client pays for all work completed up to the termination date.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Travis County, Texas.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on the Site at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
